Alex did an AMAZING job getting to me in a timely manner and getting my car to the shop before they closed. I just started a new job and it’s not a great look to be late in my first few days. I really needed to be at work on time so I can make some money and get caught up on some things, so it was imperative that I get my car fixed and get to work on time. Alex got it done and was very nice and informative! He has my business, thanks Alex!!! :)
This is the best tow company I have ever come across. Alex is the best tow driver in the world. He and his daughter came out and helped me with my towing needs, and they represent autism awareness. I will most definitely use this company again.
This is actually under my daughters name BUT my name is Faith and I must say Alex was an A1 Number 1 in my book. He rushed from Baldwin County to the rescue of my sons truck in Wilmer, AL….he was professional and personable!! If you need someone in the future I would suggest Atlas and Alex as your driver!!!
Alex just meet me to pick up my car in mobile Al. He showed up prior too when I was told and did an amazing job. He hooked up my car in my garage and managed to get it out without bumping into anything. I highly recommend Atlas and Alex for all your towing needs!!!

My car wouldn’t start after getting out of work and I was in a parking garage where a tow truck wouldn’t fit. Alex walked up the parking garage ramp and started my car. He then offered to go to Walmart with me so I could purchase the device that would jump my battery. After that he offered to change my battery for me in the parking lot so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Alex is such an amazing employee and person.
Had Josh H. as my tow truck driver called me on his way was friendly his whole drive over and when he got to my location even went out of his way to give me a ride home due to it being so late. Amazing company with amazing drivers need more companies like this in the world.
Atlas was very quick with responding. The driver that was assigned to my towing was Mr. Alex. He contacted me and explained the entire process of towing my Tesla. He arrived promptly and took his time to ensure that he didn’t damage my vehicle. He was able to get my car to the charging dock safely and made sure that everything was operable before leaving. I was in a really tough spot and was waiting on a tow, usually going through my insurance they take hours, but Josh was there in 30 minutes, when it said over 80 minutes. He was charismatic and accommodated my situation when many towers have been very rude and abrupt. If you ever need a tow make sure you call Josh, he is the best!
